I fancy Spurs to finish above Liverpool.Liverpool had a lot of luck last season with referee decisions and injuries to their main players,they have also a very average midfield.
Think Chelsea will finish in the top 4 above Arsenal and Man utd. They lost Hazard and they dont have a top striker but apart from that they have a very experienced squad of winners and top players.It should be enough!
